30-Day Returns
Habixa accepts eligible returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Items returned after use or in a condition significantly different from when they were delivered may not qualify for a refund.

Our customer support team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with the appropriate return instructions.
Please do not send a return to our business address unless our customer support team specifically instructs you to do so.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or another reason not caused by Habixa, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us before returning it. In these situations, Habixa will work with you regarding the return shipping arrangements.
We recommend using a shipping service with tracking when returning an item. Habixa cannot be responsible for a return package that is lost or damaged while being shipped back by the customer.
Refunds
After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to determine whether it meets the return requirements.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for us to process the refund. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to make the refunded amount available in your account.

Order Cancellations

We can only cancel an order before it has been processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If the order has already been shipped, you may request a return after delivery, provided the order meets the requirements of this Return & Refund Policy.
